Amish stands like a stone, the kind to which rivers bow around. The one that remembers civilisations, absorbs footsteps, and still holds ground without demanding applause. Amish, a Chartered Accountant, built a quarter-century of work on principles. His life reads as an argument against the Seven Sins carved into our collective memory. Business without ethics? He won’t touch it. Science without humanity? He’d rather build tools that serve society.

And though he speaks softly about the future, there’s a mountain in his vision: a homegrown consulting institution with everyone’s trust and becomes a benchmark for what ethical, ambitious, future-facing advisory should look like in India. Mentorship is second nature to him. He envisions building a consulting institution India has not seen yet, one that could stand beside the global giants without imitating their shadows.

A Chartered Accountant by qualification, but that barely scratches the surface. Trushar build trust the way Earth builds soil, layer by layer, with patience, honesty, and punctiliousness. For over two decades, he has shaped the ground of India’s public financial management. He has led accounting transformation and governance reform initiatives that have reevaluated how institutions account and stay accountable.

Earth, scientists say, is a rare planet, one that recycles itself from the inside out. So does Trushar’s philosophy. He believes professionalism must serve a purpose, that each number carries a promise, that reform, like granite, forms only under pressure. For him, professionalism is incomplete without purpose.

As a Co-Founder of Ekatva, he’s built a framework firm, yet adaptable. Trushar dreams of an India where regulations and innovations coexist. His belief in collective wisdom mirrors the Earth’s lesson that growth is a process that happens when roots intertwine.

There’s a rare kind of intelligence that circulates. The air that moves in is measured and lucid. There are people who command the room and others who change the air in it. There are those who build with stone and those who flow like water, but Roopin moves with the grace of air itself.

Roopin believes in the invisible things that hold everything together: trust, communication, and patience. Trained as a Chartered Accountant, ethics are his first language of work and collaboration as the surest route to scale.

He knows what it means to begin with turbulence. Over the years, he has helped ideas take flight with his circulating nature. One would say he’s the atmosphere that allows growth to happen. He belongs to the fraternity that has taught him how to hold space for others, how to carry voices, and circulate thought without needing to be seen.

Some people move through the world like a river learning its own shape. That’s Lochan, a Chartered Accountant who flows and moves with the change. Water, after all, teaches balance, how to be gentle yet powerful. Lochan embodies that paradox beautifully. She believes in learning while leading. Growth, too, is a shared current, one that carries everyone forward.

At Ekatva, she brings the fluid intelligence of water, adapting to new challenges, dissolving boundaries, and connecting perspectives. She embodies the connective nature of water. She links ideas, people, and perspectives, allowing knowledge to circulate freely. Her curiosity towards technology and AI is the instinct of water, always finding new channels to move through. Lochan moves through her work with understanding, absorbing before she directs, reflecting before she decides, as the surface of water only mirrors what it understands beneath.
